Welcome to Chillies Indian and Nepalese Restaurant. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your order at https://chilliesindnep.com.au. By proceeding to checkout and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure online payment system.

  • We accept credit/debit cards and other payment options shown during checkout.

2. Pickup Only – No Delivery Available

  • Please note: We currently offer pickup only. Delivery service is not available at this time.

  • Pickup times are shown at checkout. We strive to have your order ready at the selected time, but slight delays may occur during peak hours.

  • It is your responsibility to collect the order at the specified time. Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be discarded, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed through the website. For urgent requests, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

  • Chillies Indian and Nepalese Restaurant reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Refund and Issue Resolution

  • Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns.

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or missing items), please notify us within 2 hours of pickup. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Allergy Disclaimer

  • While we take precautions in food preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and shellfish.

  • Please notify us of any allergies or dietary needs before placing your order. Chillies Indian and Nepalese Restaurant is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects.

6. Website Accuracy

  • Menu items, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.

  • We are not responsible for any typographical errors or website malfunctions.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information is used solely for order processing and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
